That day NYSE and NASDAQ are shut for their own holiday, Presidents' Day, and SSE for Chinese New Year, and HKEX for Chinese New Year's Eve. 5 tracked exchanges trade as normal. On Tuesday, February 17, HKEX is shut for its own holiday, Chinese New Year. 8 tracked exchanges trade as normal, NYSE and NASDAQ among them.
